This highly respected group is looking for an employment relations officer for a short term contract role. The role will be between 4-6 weeks in duration with a commencement date as soon as possible.You will require an understanding of Industrial Awards, The Fair Work Act (2009) and the WA Industrial Relations Act 1979. Candidates who have completed a degree in industrial relations or law and who have practical understanding of these Acts will be highly regarded.You will be working within a small team and providing general employment relations advice. You will also perform research on more complicated industrial relation and employment law issues. Depending upon your background and level of experience there may be the opportunity for you to provide industrial advocacy and negotiation services under supervision.   30 AUD Australia - WA Perth CBD, Inner & Western Suburbs
