The Team In your role you will be working alongside a highly regarded Partner who is sought out by clients for their expertise across mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and equity capital markets. You will be engaged in a range of transactions including cross border mergers and acquisitions transactions involving companies from Australia, Canada and the USA.The team have been consistently busy over the last 12 months and have a strong pipeline of work for the next 18 months. You will be engaged in a full range of corporate transactions and receive expert guidance. You will be encouraged to work closely with key clients and to build your own networks over time.
